Thanks to Teresa Vo, my first real estate investment purchase was less intimidating and much easier than I had anticipated. Teresa's experience with investment properties and having rental properties of her own was the main reason I went with her. Her expertise in the different San Diego areas and neighborhoods was invaluable. I appreciate that she was conservative in running her numbers so I ended up with more cash flow than we had projected. She set me up with a great property manager so I had the property rented out within 1 week of closing. I can't believe how easy that was. On to the next one!
