Janice Glenn McEntee, is an excellent realtor and I would absolutely use her again if I had a property to sell and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She knew the local market and helped us price our home very competitively. She listened to our needs and always responded quickly to any questions we had. She had the extra difficult task of selling our home during the COVID pandemic but saw the sale through. We had several offers much lower than our asking price but she kept reassuring us she could sell our house for more. In the end, the house sold for more than several other realtors we had talked to prior to choosing Glenn, said it would sell for. And we were very happy with the sale price. Also, after the buyer's inspection report came in during escrow, she helped us determine what would be fair to correct and what not to worry about. She was able to have one of her contacts take care of all the needed repairs quickly and at a fair and reasonable price. She started out as our realtor and ended up as one of our friends. Because of all she did for us, and more importantly, because of who she is as a person my wife and I highly recommend her.
