She has served as a creative consultant on expansive residential new home development projects and participated in the leading edge launch of one of the most successful ‘build on your lot’ custom home divisions in Northern Virginia.  Devoted to serving the needs of her clients, Terrie founded Dream Home Consults, LLC in 2016, providing exclusive buyer advocate services and courtesy connections to the best in class quality home builders and renovation contractors.  Terrie’s high energy, friendly, enthusiastic personality, as well as, natural repertoire of dynamic qualities that set her apart and enable her to successfully procure the goals of the discriminating buyers she represents. With a passion for clean energy, increasing home values, and cutting edge technology; she Co-Founded Solar Brokers, LLC in 2017.
