Bibi Carrington

Bio

Bibi was born and raised in Harrogate, North Yorkshire England. Her mom was a very strong woman who had 2 jobs and raised 4 kids by herself so Bibi learned to be very independent at an early age.

She came to America all by herself in 1990 with$100.00 in her pocket, and  the American Dream in her heart. In the UK, she was a hairdresser. Once in the US, she could not use her British Cosmetology license, so she struggled early on and never gave up. She even worked as a nanny and a shuttle bus driver to survive. She started her own company in 1996 selling and supplying hot stamping machines and supplies. Bibi decided to get into Residential Real Estate Sales when she had a 2 year old and a 3 month old! She sold the business and jumped into Real Estate with both feet and never looked back. The market was taking a downturn at that time and nothing came easy. She worked very hard and soon became a household name in the community in Temecula and sh was doing very well. When the market crashed in 2007, she stayed strong and learned as much as she could about short sales and helped families avoid foreclosure with a 99% success rate.

She loves what she does and helping people is her main objective. She wanted to raise the bar in real estate marketing from what she was seeing. Her marketing is second to none.

To date she have sold over 310 homes and counting. She is a very creative and talented, self taught, graphic designer who creates her own newsletters and marketing pieces and offer their clients the highest quality of custom work. She enjoys staging homes and understands the importance getting a home ready to sell.  She works tirelessly staging client’s homes prior to photographs.  She wants her clients to get top dollar and knows the importance of a great first impression.

For the past 12 years she held semi annual community garage sales which she advertises for and organizes. The community really appreciates her. For the last 13 years, she has also organized an annual Harvest Food Drive. She drops approximately 3,000 brown bags to people in the community to donate. Bibi and her two sons drive around to every home and pick up the filled brown bags and deliver them to the Food Pantry to help the less fortunate. It is hard work and takes a full day but the end result is always worth it. The community really comes together and it warms our hearts to be able to help and give back. It can be very difficult balancing clients and children but it also has many rewards.

Bibi LOVES being a Realtor!   She moved to Orange County 5 years ago. Her personality is fun loving, easy going, great communicator, helpful, knowledgable, kind, problem solver, compassionate, hard working and really focuses on making the whole process a great experience.
