I began my real estate career in 1994 and earned my broker’s license in 2000. Before transitioning to real estate, I worked as a loan officer for GMAC Mortgage and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
For 16 years, I was a top-producing agent for nationally recognized homebuilders, including Centex Homes, Lennar Homes, and Richmond American Homes. Since 2009, I have focused on resale homes and have helped, as well as personally sold, over 1,000 properties. My experience also includes serving as a community manager, where I was responsible for selling multi-million-dollar master-planned community projects.
As a lifelong resident of Temecula, I bring valuable local knowledge to help my clients find their ideal property in the neighborhoods they desire. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience as a realtor, loan officer, real estate investor, property manager, business owner, and short-sale negotiator. These roles have equipped me with the skills to guide clients through all aspects of real estate, including selling bank-owned and short-sale properties to help homeowners move forward from over-encumbered situations.
I hold a Certified New Home Professional (CSP) designation and am an active member of the Inland Valley Business Community Foundation (IVBCF). In addition to my professional pursuits, I enjoy ballroom dancing as a student at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio and am a proud member of the Santo Niño Prayer Group of Inland Valley. I am also fluent in Tagalog, which helps me better serve my diverse clientele.
