I started my real estate career in 1994, and obtained my broker license in 2000. Prior to real estate, I was a loan officer for GMAC Mortgage as well as a BA graduate majoring in accounting.
I have been a top producing agent for national homebuilders such as Centex Homes, Lennar Homes and Richmond American Homes for 16 years, and I have been selling resale homes since 2009. I have helped as well as personally sold over 1,000 homes since 1993. In addition, I was a community manager for several years and ultimately responsible for selling the multi-million dollar master planned community projects.
As a lifelong resident of Temecula, I can help clients find a special property in the neighborhood of their choice. My years of experience as a realtor, loan officer, real estate investor, property manager, business owner, and a short sale negotiator provides me with the skills needed to better assist my clients in all aspects of real estate. I have also successfully sold many bank owned and short sales, helping homeowners get out from underneath over encumbered houses.
I have a Certified New Home Professional Designation (CSP), and I am part of the IVBCF (Inland Valley Business Community Foundation). In my spare time, I’m a student of Arthur Murray Ballroom Dance Studio, and I am an active member of the Santo Nino Prayer Group of Inland Valley. I am also fluent in the Tagalog language.
