Bio

Rachel has been an active Realtor since 2003, and has assisted hundreds of buyers, sellers and investors with real estate needs in San Diego. Rachel is a licensed California attorney and practiced contract and real estate law prior to becoming a real estate agent and broker. Her legal experience is a huge benefit to clients; she provides a keen legal eye and strong negotiating skills, as well as the ability to address contractual problems that may arise during the sales or purchase process. Rachel strongly believes in personally assisting her clients 100%, and they always work directly with Rachel – there are no assistants or team members. In her spare time Rachel has authored a children’s book called Bennie Bear’s Dream, and gives a portion of the proceeds from the book and her sales to adoption and foster care organizations, an issue about which she is passionate and to which she hopes to bring greater awareness.
