WineDirect – Spearheaded changes in the company’s accounting policies governing internally developed software, managed debt covenants with banks, closed the fiscal year, Strengthened internal control over cash management, led the external audit process, and completed three year strategic plan all within 60 days of appointment as interim Corporate Controller.
